Tactical Directions Pty Ltd (Tactical Directions, us, we, our) is the owner and operator of waterpik.com.au/shop (“this site”) and is an authorised reseller of Waterpik® products in Australia. Please note that we do not operate other parts of waterpik.com.au website, and these terms do not apply to your use of the other parts of the waterpik.com.au website. To avoid doubt, Church & Dwight (Australia) Pty Ltd, the owner or licensee of the Waterpik® brand and trade mark, does not operate this site, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not responsible or liable for services provided from this site. Tactical Directions holds the benefit of this paragraph on trust for the benefit of Church & Dwight (Australia) Pty Ltd.
The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order on this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Tactical Directions at waterpik.com.au/shop.au indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order for the purchase of products from Tactical Directions on waterpik.com.au/shop.au, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. Tactical Directions reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. By ordering or registering on waterpik.com.au/shop.au you grant Tactical Directions the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time Tactical Directions and/or Church & Dwight (Australia) Pty Ltd may contact you about offers and new products, where you have consented to us and/or Church & Dwight (Australia) Pty Ltd sending you those direct marketing communications. You can easily be removed from Tactical Directions and/or Church & Dwight (Australia) Pty Ltd’s marketing list by unsubscribing via the link included in any marketing communications. We may also exchange personal information with Church & Dwight (Australia) Pty Ltd, our related companies and with third party service providers who assist us with payment, marketing, data processing, IT, archival, auditing, accounting, customer contact, legal, business consulting, banking, delivery, data analysis, document management, research, investigation, insurance, website and other services. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tactical Directions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Tactical Directions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Tactical Directions is a reseller to end user customers and/or wholesaler to registered Dental Practices and do not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products with the exception of the Dental Professional Retail range.
Liability
Tactical Directions is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this site or any website linked to or from this site. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. Upon cancellation of an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Shipping and Delivery
Packages will be delivered up to 21 working days of order confirmation. In the instance of a delivery delay, customers will receive correspondence to advise of the delay. Customers may be required to sign for orders sent by Tactical Directions from orders from waterpik.com.au/shop. Tactical Directions will only replace orders providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company. Certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to ship via another method. Tactical Directions reserves the right to change your shipping method in these cases and will provide tracking details for the new carrier once shipped. The delivery times provided by Tactical Directions on waterpik.com.au/shop are estimates only. Tactical Directions will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where the stock is not available. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information in this shipping and delivery section. The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. “Last house at end of driveway”, “Office hours 9-5”). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as “Deliver between 1-2pm” or “Leave parcel in garden shed”. Tactical Directions cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.
Refunds and Returns
All returns from change of mind are at the cost of the customer. In the instance of change of mind, the customer will need to return the item to Tactical Directions at Suite 404, 20 Bungan Street, Mona Vale NSW 2103 at their own expense and will be issued with a credit note for the amount paid for the item. In the event of major faults/defects the customer has the choice of a full refund, including shipping. Returns from change of mind must be made within 7 days or purchase, unless faulty.
Change of Address
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made until the order begins processing. Tactical Directions cannot accommodate all address change requests. We highly recommend emailing professionalau@waterpik.com. Tactical Directions takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate
Faulty Items and Warranty Information
All repairs are carried out by the manufacturer and not Tactical Directions, but we will help manage the repairs process with the manufacturer. In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered by Tactical Directions. Tactical Directions cannot control the availability of parts or replacement goods. Tactical Directions has no control over manufacturer warranty periods, nor can we control repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. We will, however, do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process. In cases where a faulty item was received a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed by the manufacturer to cover the return costs of the faulty item. In cases where you have returned goods directly to the manufacturer, Tactical Directions cannot be held accountable for repair periods or communication from the manufacturer. We aim to have your return processed within 24 hours of receiving the item; however, some alleged faults may need to be investigated and verified by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. This process usually takes around 1-4 weeks. Tactical Directions works closely with manufacturer to ensure faulty items are dealt with promptly, but we have no control over the repairs or assessment process for warranty issues. In most cases, products returned in used condition will be repaired instead of replaced (with the exception of a major fault/defect). Except where an item is in breach of the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, any items returned outside of the warranty period for repair will generally incur a charge for the repair. Order Cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Tactical Directions accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Tactical Directions reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials, Text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Tactical Directions, Church & Dwight (Australia) Pty Ltd (C&D) or its licensors (and Tactical Directions uses such materials of C&D as a licensee and authorised reseller of Waterpik® products in Australia). All software used on the site is the sole property of Tactical Directions or those supplying the software. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Tactical Directions’ or C&D’s prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Tactical Directions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tactical Directions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tactical Directions shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Credit Card Payments and Verification
All orders are subject to pre-authorisation checks to ensure sufficient funds are available and to confirm the validity of the payment method. The total amount of the order will be frozen on your account and this amount is taken when the order is despatched. Authorisations will appear as pending charges on your card, but you will only be charged once for a single order when it is despatched. Orders cancelled before shipment will still have this authorisation held. Some orders may be subject to small charge verification before they are approved for shipment. In these cases, a small amount between $0 and $1 will be held on your credit card and you will be asked to confirm this amount to validate your payment. This is not a charge, but an authorisation which will release back to you.
Professional Trial Offer
- Conditions apply. This offer is exclusive to Dental Professionals and Practice Staff. We will be verifying that you are a Dental Professional or Staff member from our records. Limit 1 per person per offer period. Offer is limited and subject to availability, while stocks last. Offer expires 30 June, 2024. All professional trial orders need to be sent to a dental practice address. Limit 5 professional trials per transaction. Tactical Directions have the right to refuse an order at their own discretion.
Professional Retailing
Conditions apply. Professional retailing is only available to registered Dental Practices with the intention of gifting or retailing the products to patients. We will be verifying that you are a Dental Professional or Staff member from our records. Offer is subject to availability, while stocks last. All Professional Retailing orders need to be sent to a dental practice address. Tactical Directions have the right to refuse an order at their own discretion.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that the courts exercising jurisdiction in New South Wales will have the exclusive jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising from this website, your use of any products purchased on the website or these terms and conditions, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
